Kitchen installation and finishing, from units and worktops to the trim and details that make it look right. Kitchens come up again and again in his Google reviews, alongside bathroom installation, so a refit can be handled by one tradesman from start to finish.
New banisters and spindles, chevron and herringbone floors laid through halls and landings, and water-damaged flooring put right. Customers single out his workmanship and the care taken over the details, right down to the skirting and the last stair tread.
Made-to-measure joinery that uses awkward spaces well: panelled under-stairs cupboards, boxing in, covers built to fit, and timber gates made to suit the house. Clean lines and neat edges, finished to line up with the walls, floor and skirting around it.
Timber garden rooms with glazed doors, ready for a home office, studio or extra living space, plus covered garden structures and cladding. Clean timber cladding, white glazed doors and windows, finished neatly so the building looks smart from the house.
The outside of the house put right: rendering and damp problems, flat garage roofs, damaged tiles and lead flashing, fascia boards, gutters and drains. External walls stripped, repaired and repainted, and period bay windows restored to a clean, crisp finish.

I was recommended Arek by friends and have used his building and renovation services on several occasions since. Every time I have been extremely impressed with the finish he achieves and his dedication to achieve a solution that will impress his customers.
Most recently he replaced an old leaking garage roof with a modern flat one; he replaced damaged tiles and lead flashing across a roof; he renovated the front of a 19th-century property to deal with a severe damp problem and investigated substituting the surface with a traditional rendering that would allow the wall to 'breath' again and then re-decorate the interior; and he's replaced facia boards and upgraded the gutter/drains system on a further property.
He is an expert across many areas in the building trade whether it be roofing, masonry, renovation, installation of bathroom/kitchens or interior decoration. His quotes are very professional and is polite, knowledgeable, and works to a very high standard... With all the work he has done the finish has always been better than I expected.
I’m really grateful for the excellent work done on the external walls of my kitchen. He was incredibly thorough and meticulous, taking great care to remove all the old paint, fix the problems that came to light, and apply the right protective paint. He also offered helpful advice, worked very efficiently, and kept everything at a very reasonable cost. It was a pleasure to have someone so professional, reliable, and easy to deal with. I would happily recommend him to anyone.
